Christian Haines of Electronic Music Unit, University of Adelaide
Christian Haines is a sound artist and designer. He is a lecturer in music technology at the Elder School of Music. He is the studio coordinator at the University of Adelaide Electronic Music unit and teaches electro-acoustic design, electronic music, computer music, programming and music technology. His compositions include works within the areas of probablistic, iterative and procedural generation and have been performed/played both nationally and internationally. His areas of research include information theory, knowledge systems, chaos theory and generative determination.

I work collaboratively to devise systems for creating artistic experiences between bodies and sites; buildings of all kinds that link virtual and physical poetics allowing my choreographic sensibilities to infiltrate the design process. My writing is informed by these processes and equally from the subjective experiential of performing in and thinking through them.

Meg Hale is an artist, project coordinator and arts producer based in Melbourne, Australia. After graduating with a Bachelor of Design (Multimedia Design) from Monash University in 2003, Meg performed extensively as a video artist in venues such as the North Melbourne Town Hall, Revolver Upstairs, and LooP Bar, where she had a yearlong residency with Jarod Pak and sound artist Jonathan Pak.
